Prior to joining GARI, Julie worked at the Open Society Fund Prague where she was responsible for creating analyses of watchdog organizations working within the Czech Republic as well as conducting a research on state and local politicians with a social activist background. She graduated with a Bachelor in Politics at the Anglo-American University where she is currently completing her MA in International Relations and Diplomacy.
